5. Shipping and Delivery

We ship worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times depend on your location and shipping method.

For international deliveries, customs duties or import taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.

6. Returns and Hygiene Policy

Due to the intimate nature of women’s undergarments, returns or exchanges are not accepted for hygiene reasons, unless the product is defective or incorrect.

If you receive a defective or wrong item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at support@silkifeel.com with your order number and photos of the item.

We will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.

7. Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers)

Under EU law, consumers normally have the right to withdraw from an online purchase within 14 days.

However, this right does not apply to sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons once unsealed — such as underwear.

If your order contains non-intimate items, those may still qualify for return within the 14-day period.
